Igniting the Naam with Kiranjot Kaur and Rochelle Goehring and Gaya Shelton-Ostadi

Sink into this beautiful New Year’s practice, where we will make contact with and ignite our spiritual dimension as we begin our journey into the New Year. Featuring Bay Area Guest Musician, Kiranjot Kaur (founding member of Copper Wimmin, Kundalini Yoga teacher, Indian Classical music teacher and a devotee of the Divine Mother). With her sublime voice, Kiranjot will lead us through core chants, guiding us into peace and abundance in the New Year. To complete the experience, Kiranjot will be joined by our beloved resident Kundalini teacher, Rochelle Goehring, who will lead us in kriyas and settle us deep into the Naad, the essence of all sound, with the Gong. Gaya Shelton-Ostadi, our resident yogic musician, will open the experience with a chant.
